Ordering Information

This website collects your selections of videos to purchase. When you click on the "Check Out" link, which is displayed only if there are some videos in your shopping cart, you are given an opportunity to review your order, change the quantity of any of the videos, remove unwanted videos, select a shipping method, and see the cost computed - before you need to provide your credit card information.

We accept only Visa and Master Card at this time. Your Credit Card will be processed in U.S. dollars by the Bank of N.T. Butterfield, in Bermuda, which will show up on your credit card statement as "BM"

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay between the time you place your order, and the time the videos are shipped to you. For this reason, we do not charge your credit card until the videos are actually on their way to your address. At the time of purchase, we AUTHORIZE the charge, but the actual CAPTURE of your funds does not occur until Fulfillment has occurred.

At the time of your purchase, you will see a screen of confirmation data from your credit card's issuing bank. You may print this screen for your records, but a more complete receipt will be emailed you when the items actually ship and your credit card is finally debited.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges are computed based on the number of Videos you order, the shipping method selected and the Ship-To location. During checkout, you may change the Shipping method and number of Videos and click the "Recalculate" button to see the Shipping Charge your actual order will be billed.

If you are shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, or placing a large order (over 20 videos), you may select '-Other-' for the Ship To Location. This will cause your order not to be billed and fulfilled automatically. You will have an opportunity to select a Telephone or Email completion process during which the details and discounts may be discussed.
