What is your return policy?

E-scape Fitness Videos proudly stand behind the quality of its products and professionalism of its recording studio and distributor.

E-scape Returns policy

Damaged or Defective DVD

EFV will replace any damaged or defective* DVD purchased from its website if returned within a thirty (30) day period from the sale date. A replacement of the same DVD will be sent (postage free) with a credit for the return postage, which may be applied to another (equivalent size) purchase. If you purchased the DVD from any other source, please return it to the point of sale. (*Video signal is corrupt due to the original manufacturing process). Please contact CustomerService for returns.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, check your invoice to make sure that the item that you received was not the one you ordered. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please return it (unopened) to the distributor. The selection you intended to order will be shipped to you, but you will be charged for the new postage. If EFV sent you the wrong item, please return it (unopened) to the distributor. It will be replaced with the correct item (postage free) with a credit for the return postage, which may be applied to another (equivalent size) purchase. Please contact CustomerService for returns.

Missing item

If there is an item missing from your order, please check your invoice to see if you were charged for it. If you were not charged and did not receive a DVD that you ordered, please place another order using our website. If your invoice is correct, but there is a missing item (the number of DVD's will be reflected in the shipping weight on your invoice) then please contact CustomerService for fulfillment of your order at no extra charge.

Disclaimer

All DVD's will be produced, packed and shipped with the highest degree of care and attention. If your package arrived with excessive damage from the shipping company or post office, please contact them for compensation, as EFV is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties. Please contact CustomerService to inform us of any problems so that we may better serve you in the future.
